Return Policy/Request

We can only accept the return of non-clearance, unworn Pleaser and Ellie products at this time, all other sales of costumes, footwear, lingerie, clothing, or accessories are final unless defective or incorrect.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for correct, non-defective orders, and a restocking fee of 15% may apply. If a restocking fee is to be deducted from your return refund, we will note within your return authorization e-mail reply.

Although we cannot accept all returns, we stand behind the products we sell and care about customer satisfaction, so please use our contact form to let us know if you have any problems with your order.  We promise to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of new products free of defect or damage unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Since many products are shipped manufacturer-direct, and not from us, please DO NOT refuse a delivery for any reason or return the package to return address. We will not be able to process a refund or recover the item if you refuse or return back to the sender.

To return your non-clearance Ellie or Pleaser products:

1. Get the order number and item number(s) from your e-mail order confirmation.
2. Visit the following link and use the form to list which item(s) you wish to return, along with the order number they are from: Request a return.
3. In your e-mail account, add "bootycocktails.com" to your safe sender list to avoid non-receipt due to spam software.
4. A reply from BootyCocktails.com customer service will be sent with further instructions once approved. Remember to check your junk mail/spam inbox just in case!

If your order is incorrect or defective, follow the same instructions as above, but also make sure to include a brief description of the problem and/or errors.
